Could you please provide a link to drivers for the CIAAT CTC-940 Printer?

According to the printer's user manual, the drivers should be on the CD that came along with the product. Unfortunately, I can't find any working link for a driver on the Internet, not even on the manufacturer's website, which leads me to believe that the CIAAT CTC-940 Printer isn't supported by the newest Microsoft operating systems.
